Policies of the organization are the rules that cover operational elements from financial decisions, to social media, to on-ice management, and beyond.

Policies are set by the Board of Directors, and can be updated by Board majority vote at any duly called meeting of the Board.

The Bylaws contain the operating procedures of the organization and once formally adopted (pending),  can only be changed by the membership.  The Bylaws have their own page.

On the other hand, the Policy Manual can be updated by the Board by majority vote, and covers the day-to-day running of the organization and our rules that we follow.

We know that committees and other volunteer groups will be creating content for membership drives, school projects, and more.

All logos of the HGHA organization are private property, copyrighted, and cannot be used for any purpose without submission and written approval from the HGHA Board of Directors.

This includes, but not limited to, FUNDRAISING EFFORTS. We highly encourage individual or team efforts to reduce the burden of hockey costs. However any use of the logos require permission from the Board or empowered Committee Chairs.
